No Refund Policy
Digital purchases from Shrivatsav are final and non-refundable.
1. All sales are final
Shrivatsav sells digital Android app downloads. Once payment is completed or download access is granted, the purchase is final and no refund will be provided.
2. Before purchase
Review the app name, description, version, price, platform requirements, and any available screenshots before buying. Purchasing confirms that you accept the product and this no-refund policy.
3. Exceptions
Shrivatsav may, at its sole discretion, review duplicate charges, payment processor errors, or cases where access was never granted after a successful verified payment.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
Payment disputes, reversals, suspected fraud, or chargebacks may cause immediate suspension or revocation of download access and account privileges.
